How to Deactivate your Elina Account

If you decide to deactivate your account, you can request this at any time.

Step 1 – Prepare Your Request

To ensure we can verify your identity and process your request securely, please send an email from the same address you use to log in to Elina. Your email should include:

Subject line: Account Deactivation Request
Full name: As registered in your Elina account
Email address: Used for your Elina account
Confirmation statement: A simple sentence confirming you wish to deactivate your account, e.g.,“I request the deactivation of my Elina account in accordance with GDPR.”

Step 2 – Send Your Request

Step 3 – Identity Verification
