Adding Collaborators to Your Group
Teamwork makes the dream work—and Elina’s Collaborator feature lets you bring colleagues into your planning space. Share the load, gather fresh ideas and build richer profiles together.
Why It Matters
- Shared expertise: Co‑create lessons with special‑ed specialists, literacy coaches or grade‑level teams.
- Consistency: Everyone uses the same student and group data, avoiding duplicate work.
- Professional development: New teachers learn your routines by collaborating on live plans.
Getting Started
- Go to Groups page from the header menu.
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of your group and then tap on "Add Collaborator" option.
- Enter a collaborator's email address. ATTENTION: The invited collaborator must already have an Elina account and be in your school.
- Collaborator Acceptance: Your teammates receive an invite link—once they accept, they can access that group’s profiles and plans.
